KNIGHTS SOFTBALL ANNOUNCEMENT 5/2/24 Due to the weather, field conditions will not be ready for our softball game vs. Solon Springs/Northwood. Reschedule is pending.

BASEBALL ANNOUNCEMENT Tonight's(5/2) baseball game vs Northwood/Solon Spring will be cancelled. Unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts and umpire availability, there is not enough days left of the season to reschedule. Softball has not been decided at this time.

Student Athlete Leadership Trip! Last week, several members of the Student Athlete Leadership club took a trip to Duluth, MN. Members that qualified for the trip voted to see the aquarium. We lucked out and got to see the first ship (The Paul R. Tregurtha) of the year leave port! They even had a chance to pet the alligator at the aquarium. Student Athletes had to complete community service hours, an NFHS course, regularly attend meetings, work concessions and serve as mentors for younger student athletes. These young adults stepped up to serve as a voice for the student body at Lake Holcombe. Thank you for your dedication and keep up the great work!

KNIGHTS BASEBALL MESSAGE Due unsafe field conditions in Winter, tonight's baseball double header will be played behind Lake Holcombe School. First game will start at 4:30 PM Softball will be playing in Winter as scheduled.

Please join the FFA in supporting our local food pantry and Earth Cleanup event. April 29 - May 3rd we will be doing a food drive. There will also be some fun dress-up days. I have heard there are plaques for the winners!! Friday, May 3rd, will be our annual community cleanup day. Students will be out in the community picking up garbage at various times between 8 and noon.
